I’m a passionate leader, psychologist-in-training, and HR expert with a love for both people and organizational transformation. Over the past 22 years, I’ve worked to create environments where individuals and businesses thrive through the power of leadership, psychology, and human resources.

The official line: I hold an MA in Organizational Development & HR Leadership and am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I’ve spent years developing strategies to align employee well-being with organizational success, specializing in compliance, employee relations, and leadership development.

The bottom line: I believe strong leadership builds stronger organizations, and the key to that strength lies in understanding people. I’m committed to helping individuals and organizations grow in ways that are authentic, strategic, and meaningful.
